Controlling the Clubface!

No matter how you swing, stand, aim or move your body, you ultimately have to control the club shaft, club head and club face.

Jeff Evans, Golf Professional and creator of the Pure Ball Striker gives a tip on how to use the device to get the club face under control.

Club face control will determine both the flight and direction of the ball. Monitor if you can during practice sessions, or just swing a club without the ball. Look to see where you face is going back.  Is it open or closed to your target line?  Is it open or closed at the top of your swing? Is it open or closed coming down?  Grip, hand/forearm manipulation and improper body motion all affect club face.

Try the Pure ball striker. Put it on your club and see and feel the motion of the club face. Once you determine if you are a open or closed ( shut) club face player, you will learn to monitor and control your club face for better shots. The key is learning which pattern is best and most suited for your swing.  I know I am bias, but the Pure Ball Striker helps with understanding and monitoring of Clubface issues.  Jeff
